Hi my name is Norman Duke and I have been a licensed radio ham since 2003. I live in Barrow in Furness, a medium sized town in the Lake District northwest of England. My interest in radio started in the 1980's when i was 13 years old using CB's on FM, AM and SSB, I always wanted to sit my amateur radio license and in the summer of 2003 I did and was licensed with the call sign M3CYW. I later went on to sit my Intermediate exam and gained the call sign 2E0FAS. My shack is very modest compered to some with a Yaesu FT-450D hf/50Mhz transceiver, Yaesu scu-17 data interface and a 40m ocf dipole antenna from M0CVO antenna's called the HW-42-HP
