In 2011 I gained my call and have held IZ1UJE ever since.

I like everything dealing with amateur radio world: Dx, home-made stuff, outdoor activities, contests, QSLing,.....

My simple shack is composed by an old Kenwood TS-450 running 100 watts barefoot and a Yaesu FT-817ND. I sometimes turn on my old ERE HL-1200 tube amplifier, so you may occasionally listen to me while running about 300 watts.  I'm also a QRP enthusiast during portable operations on RTTY and SSB running 5 watts or less.

My QTH is Monteu da Po (JN45AD), a very small village with a population of only 800 inhabitants located about 30 kilometers east from Torino city, in north-west of Italy

Other interests include mountain-biking and playing the bass-guitar
