I was first licensed in October 2002 while living in California. Recently, we moved to Arizona to be closer to family. Current HF rig is a Yaesu ft-897. I am active on SSB and digimodes. PODX 070 number is 524.
Please don't bother sending IRC's, nobody knows what to do with them anymore. Green stamps are appreciated but not necessary.
Regarding FT8 and FT4 modes- I don't like to reject QSO's but, I will log a QSO when I receive either a 73, an R with signal report, an RRR or an RR73 from the calling station. Anything less I think is an incomplete QSO and I'll hit the cancel button. Please include your maidenhead grid square in the QSO.
Other hobbies include fishing, especially fly fishing, shooting sports, photography and recently archery.
