QSL manager:

I earned my General ticket in May 2020 and received my callsign in June.  I have been in love ever since.  Working in the technology field this was right up my alley and presented a new set of challenges.  I enjoy making contacts of all kinds but I especially enjoy the DX contacts.  I am still exploring all the different modes and working on awards in the meantime.  I look forward to learning more and finding new challenges.  I hope to see you on the air.

My current station setup is as follows:

  • Yaesu FT-450D
  • LDG YT-1200 Autotuner
  • TekPower TP30SWII
  • 53 Ft. End Fed Sloping Antenna with 9:1 UNUN
  • QYT-8900D 2m/70cm with J-Pole
  • Ham Radio Deluxe
  • WSJT-X

I also have a G5RV Jr. but I mostly stick to my end fed antenna.

QSO’s are uploaded automatically to and and I upload to LOTW every day.

I automatically send QSL via but I prefer the real thing.  All QSL cards received will be replied to 100%, no need for SASE.  I typically lookup my contacts on QRZ to see if they send or prefer paper QSL and if they do I will send them.  I am currently working down the list.  Rest assured if I receive a QSL card from you, you will get one back no matter where you live and I will send direct.  If you are not on and wish to receive a QSL card from me, just drop me an email or send a QSL card and I will reply.

Future challenges\projects for me include running off battery and solar power before the next field day.
