I got my license in 1991 as N2PHQ and within a few months upgraded to an advance license and my current call sign of KF2UJ. After nearly 20 years of doing nothing, I have  started recently getting back into it doing HF since January 2012 now that the kids are all grown up. I have a Flexradio SDR 3000 feeding into a multiband 10-40M vertical at 100W. Doing all modes possible on HF but mostly JT-65 (at 30W). I am using a Kenwood TM-D710 as a base station for VHF/UHF APRS/Weather and Packet on a vertical. Upgraded my ticket to extra in 7/12.

I use  a Flex 1500 QRP with a Buddipole and you could be catching me on the bands with my QRP portable at various locations New Jersey. I do camping with my family in the summer and we head out to the beach on the weekends.
