I  retired  (Jan 2011) from communications electronics technologist supervisor for a federal police agency here in Canada after more than 30 years. I was formerly a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force in the Norad Communications Command Centre in North Bay Ontario for 6 years.

I am able now to put  more time into the hobby.

I am married (since the 70's) to a great woman named Debbie with 2 children , 1 (son) a graduate of University of Waterloo in math and computer Science and the other(daughter) a graduate of Seneca College in Fashion Management.

I have been an amateur since  October 1990.

In the summer of 2014 I installed my tower and antennas.
