Hi!  Thank you for visiting!  Amateur radio first piqued my interest in the early 90's as a teen.  However, it wasn't until recently that I received my Ticket (Mar. 2021), upgraded to General (Nov. 2021), then Extra (Dec. 2021).  And became an ARRL VE (Jan. 2022).  Next, I aim to learn CW.

My major areas of interest include emergency preparedness, POTA, and DX.  Apartment restrictions, worse than any HOA, have been my biggest challenge, especially w/ HF.  I usually operate 70 watts and use a stealthy antenna.

While activating a park, you may hear me say, "please standby for 2nd op."  Our local clubs are pretty active in the hobby and sometimes other club members activate w/ me.  

For logging, I use HAMRS & frequently upload my logs to QRZ & LoTW; and occasionally to HRDLog & ClubLog.  And greatly appreciate digital confirmations!  Thank you very much!

QTH is Pace (current weather & time), which has an elevation of 66 feet.  Pace is located in NW Florida, approximately 45 minutes from the Gulf Coast and some of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches.

Enjoying the hobby is fun.  I'm extremely grateful, and very fortunate, to have the guidance of several excellent Elmers.  I value my friendships greatly and treasure my family dearly.  I feel blessed.  God is great!
