First licensed in 1974 as a novice with the callsign WN8TSY in Northeast Ohio. Went on to become WB8TSY, AB8TSY (during the 1976 US bicentennial); upgraded to Extra Class in 1979 and took on the callsign KC8L. Kept that call until after I moved to Arizona and changed it to KC7X in 1999. Along the way, I lived stateside in Ohio, Indiana, and Arizona and DX in the countries of Singapore, Thailand, and China. Held the callsign HS0ZIP  when I lived in Thailand.
