Enjoy contesting, particularly RTTY, exploring Ad-Hoc Networking on 2.4GHz, working on my CW skills and DXing.
I am interested in the future of ham radio and work to help people get licensed and get on the air including working with Field Day each year as well as Jamboree on the Air.
I do Summits on the Air activations of peaks in Washington State, Parks on the Air activations and enjoy International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend - most recently from Patos Island Light in the San Juan Islands, but previously from the Alki Point Lighthouse with the West Seattle ARC under the club call of W7AW.
